ND Museum of Art Painting Class for Kids


December 26 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm
Ages 7 – 13

Museum Members $20
Non-members $30

Children will have fun learning how to paint snow-covered trees as they create winter wonderland paintings. We’ll be exploring shapes, color, perspective, layering of color and other art concepts/techniques which bringing their paintings to life. No experience necessary, all materials provided. Please wear clothing that can get a little messy.
Teacher: Sheila Dalgliesh
Sheila is committed to providing exceptional art experiences to the children of the Grand Forks area through her numerous classes and workshops at the Museum and in the community. You may also know her through the ArtWise “Artist in the Classroom” program where she has been teaching for over seventeen years. Sheila has vast repertoire of art teaching skills, which she has learned by listening to her students.
Class will be held in the Hughes Fine Arts Center on UND campus, Room 111.

Stephen Community Arts is on a roll!

Coming up September 16th they will have a “Bright Brushes” class.


Amanda Rengstorf will be your guide to painting adventure.  You and some of your friends will paint, sip on some wine, and enjoy the camaraderie of those around you.


You may even surprise yourself with the amount of creativity you have!


Cost: $35 all inclusive…materials, instruction and the wine!
