This program is sponsored in part by funding to the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council by the McKnight Foundation and the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment. The Northwest Minnesota Arts Council is one of eleven regional arts councils in the state. All eleven councils work together with fiscal agents of the Minnesota State Arts Board to provide arts services, staffing, and grants.
