I am looking for a printable Artist Fellowship grant form to give to a friend who is looking to publish a booklet of his poems. I can’t find the link to print it off.
Also, if I have to, is there an extension I could get on my Artist Fellowship grant? How much time before mine is due would I have to ask for an extension? I have run into a number of problems.

Hi Joni, I’m sorry but we do not serve Mille Lacs County with grants to individuals. We just provide grants to individuals living in the northwestern MN counties of Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau.
We may be interested in having you come into our area to talk about your fine craft of making jingle dresses. Would you be interested? I can also direct you toward the regional arts council that serves your area. Please give me a call at 218-745-9111. Mara
