Traveling Art Exhibit

The Traveling Art Show brings artwork to our area libraries from May through November each year.  Fifteen pieces are usually selected to tour.  The pieces are selected from our large Northwest Minnesota Art Exhibition which occurs in the spring of each year. See the posts section of our website for the tour’s current location.

The traveling exhibit consists of varied artworks, including watercolors, photographs, drawings, sculpture and mixed-media pieces.  Each artist offers a completely unique perspective.

The Northwest Minnesota Arts Council serves the seven counties of Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau. The annual art exhibit is sponsored with funds from the McKnight Foundation and from the Minnesota State Legislature.
