Studio 4:13 in Ada is excited to announce

Mosaic Artist Elizabeth Rockstad has been selected as the Winter 2019 West Acres Artist in Residence. She will have a studio space in Fargo’s West Acres Mall (JC Penney wing) and will be creating and interacting with the public, January 15th through March 2nd. Stop by the mall to see her work!
